Dinner in the Garden. Food from the Prairie.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table evening as we blend the vibrant flavors of Italy with the bounty of Northeast Wyoming.

Enjoy a locally inspired Italian dinner featuring ingredients grown right here in our community, served in the gardens where we grow food for our neighbors. Come early to enjoy a cocktail, take in the beautiful surroundings, and wander through the gardens and high tunnels to see where the food on your plate begins.

The evening will also feature:

🍝 An unforgettable locally sourced dinner
🍹 Creative cocktails
🌱 Gardens and high tunnels to explore
🎶 Live music by Paul Casey
🐐 Baby animal petting zoo
🎟️ Silent auction

And, of course, a great meal with a purpose.

Proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction support Edible Prairie Project's food access programs, helping us provide fresh produce to local families, stock Little Free Pantries, distribute Garden Kits, and build the capacity of our new nonprofit farm to grow and distribute even more local food.

Come hungry. Wander the garden. Eat where your food is grown. And help us grow a more food-secure Northeast Wyoming.

And, because every farm-to-table dinner needs baby animals 🐐

You’ll have the opportunity to meet Clara, the baby yak, visit with the baby goats, and say hello to our miniature donkeys at our farm animal petting zoo!
