The First Responder Resilience Initiative was created to help change that.

Our mission is to ensure those who serve and protect us never stand alone. Through trauma-informed counseling, wellness programming, education, and community partnerships, we work to make culturally competent mental health care more accessible for first responders and their families throughout Vermont.
