After the 2006 market crash, she left her accounting profession to focus on her laundromat and its side hustle, a cleaning business, which blossomed into a successful venture thanks to her dedication and customer service skills.

Despite her success, Noelle always dreamed of creating something that could foster the growth of others. Witnessing the challenges faced by small business owners and entrepreneurs, she realized there had to be a better way to support them. In 2022, with the resources she accumulated from her cleaning business, Noelle took a bold step and self-funded her dream of establishing a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. She envisioned a space where budding founders could collaborate, share ideas, and receive the support they needed to turn their visions into reality.

Transforming a nondescript office building in downtown Miami into The HUB at Office Logic, Noelle created a space where entrepreneurs, startup founders, and visionaries belong. The HUB offers a community for those who need one, fostering creativity and collaboration. It provides a safe and supportive environment where ideas are birthed, and founders are equipped with the knowledge and services needed to succeed.
