Date & Time: Friday, November 1st, 2024 6:00 PM Doors Open 7:00 PM Trivia Begins 8:30 PM Auction Closes 9:00 PM Trivia Ends - Auction Item Pick up 9:30 PM Event Ends Location: St. Joseph County Fairgrounds - Esther Singer Building 5117 S Ironwood Road South Bend, Indiana 46614 Team Size: Tables will be set for 8 guests. There is not a table decorating contest this year. Check-in: Give the name of the person who paid for or registered your table. Trivia Format: “Through the Decades” Trivia from K&A Trivia will include 8 rounds of 10 Questions. Mulligans will be available for purchase. Teams can also opt in to play Heads / Tails or All About Me for $10/table per game for gift card prizes. (CASH ONLY) Food & Drinks: Teams are encouraged to bring their own food and snacks. NO outside beverages of any kind are allowed. Water will be provided. Beer, wine & sodas will be available for purchase (CASH ONLY). 🍕Starlite Pizza 🍕is offering a limited pizza menu for preorder. Please submit your order and payment by October 24th to have your pizza delivered directly to your table. Pizza will arrive by 6:15p. (order form will be emailed) Prizes: Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams. Silent Auction: We are excited to have some really great auction items this year. The auction will go live one week prior to the event and remain open until 8:30 PM the night of the event. Winners do not have to be present to win. All bidding is online. Look for an email announcing the auction when it goes live October 25th. 50/50 Raffle: Tickets will be sold between Trivia rounds and awarded at the end of the night. (CASH ONLY) All proceeds from this event will go toward Place to Be Me, Children’s Dispensary Programs serving children and adults with disabilities. Thank you for your support.
