Growth in Schools: Our school programs serve over 300 children, with more than 180 participating entirely for free through our scholarship and Title I initiatives.
Empowering Girls: Our free Pawns to Queens group supports 30 girls, learning directly from Indiana's two highest-rated female players, Madison Brown and Laura Escobar.
Competition Opportunities: We create accessible, high-quality competition, demonstrated by our annual IPS tournament growing from 70 to over 200 competitors in just three years, or the regional state scholastic individual and team championship qualifiers Indy Chess runs annually as volunteers with 100+ competitors!

We also rely on this funding to sustain our regular weekly Chess Night and affordable USCF-rated tournaments—the essential foundation of our local chess community.
