The elderly population is rising at record rates worldwide, especially in developing countries that do not have the advanced technology, medicine, and care needed for those older than 55 years old.

The number of adults aged 80 years and over is projected to triple worldwide over the next 30 years. Yet, who is taking care of and protecting this vulnerable community?

In developing countries, two-thirds of the elderly are neglected by their family members, and one-third are suffering from physical and verbal abuse. The greatest tragedy is the unimaginable suffering the elderly endure at the hands of those meant to love them. We believe our elders should be deeply revered and deserve to experience God’s love in a safe haven with caregivers who love them.
