Fortis Therapy Center is a nonprofit clinic based in Central Texas, and we’re on a mission to make physical therapy accessible to anyone who needs it — especially those with the greatest need and the fewest resources. From children with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and brain injuries to adults recovering from strokes and veterans coping with service-related injuries, we provide life-changing therapy at no cost to the families we serve.

Through programs like Project Walk, we offer intensive pediatric therapy to children with neurological and mobility challenges, helping them take their first steps, build strength, and gain independence. Our newest initiatives, Project Neuro and Project Heroes, expand this mission even further — providing critical rehabilitation services to adults with conditions like traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, and offering dedicated care to first responders and veterans who have given so much to protect and serve our communities.

We specialize in pediatric, orthopedic, and neurological therapy — and we do it all thanks to the generosity of supporters like you. Because everyone deserves the chance to move, grow, and thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances.
