You're Invited!

We have some BIG news!! Some 932 square foot news! LADN is opening our first community gathering and office space in the heart of Pasadena’s playhouse district!

We are incredibly thrilled to be moving into our first physical space in Arcade Lane at 696 E. Colorado Blvd Suite 220! This new home will allow us to reach even more dysautonomia patients and caregivers and will give our community members a place to find comfort, care, and true belonging.

Los Angeles Dysautonomia Network (LADN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health, community, education, and financial support for individuals impacted by dysautonomia. LADN currently serves over 920 patients and caregivers in the Los Angeles and greater California area.

A physical home base for LADN will allow us to grow as both an organization and as a community! In addition to our continuing virtual programing, we'll also host in-person workshops, community hours, social events and more! These offices will also be a wonderful place for LADN staff to work!

We are working hard to make this space an accessible community hub where patients and caregivers can find resources and strength together. Through the power of community, no one has to face this illness alone. We hope you will consider making a donation to help us transform this space into a welcoming community gathering place in which to offer transformative support!

In addition to above mentioned naming rights, you'll have the chance to buy naming rights to a variety of LADN furniture and important including items like couches, a fridge, and even the very coveted naming rights to the toilet! Interested in a particular item? Send us an email to claim your naming right in advance! Your name will be added to the item, and you'll receive a certificate of recognition. Make a donation of wine, beer, and/or NA beverages for our guests to enjoy at the event! Please email LADN@la-dn.org if you are interested in making a beverage donation.
Sign up to volunteer here! We need help with set up, clean up, bar tending, facilitating the silent auction, selling merch, and scanning tickets.
Donate an item or experience to our silent auction! We are looking for gift baskets, tickets to sports/concerts/theater, travel vouchers, collectibles, etc. to add to our silent auction offerings. Please email LADN@la-dn.org if you would like to make a donation.

Event Accessibility

While we provide a brief overview of our event accessibility below, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions! We are committed to making this event accessible and are happy to work with guests to make attendance a success.

Parking:

There is parking available behind our space via a Green Street entrance. If you're familiar with El Portal restaurant, it's the same parking lot. While our mailing address is 696 E. Colorado Blvd, Suite 220, Pasadena, CA, 91101, we recommend putting in the address for El Portal at 695 E. Green Street to be directed to the parking lot.

Please make sure to get your parking validated at our welcome table. The first hour of parking is free with each half hour for the second and third hour costing $2 each. There is also street parking available on Green Street or Colorado Blvd.

Accessibility:

The LADN space is on the second floor and is accessible via stairs or elevator. The elevator is located near the entrance to El Portal restaurant and can be accessed from the parking lot via a ramp.

There will be seating options available throughout the event space.

Restrooms:

There is an ADA restroom available for use within the LADN space.

Noise:

There will be live music, but we have chosen music with a softer sound with sensory issues in mind. It will not be amplified.

Food & Drink:

Your ticket gets you access to an open bar, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. We'll also have appetizers including gluten free options. Please email us in advance if you have any specific allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Immunity:

We ask that anyone experiencing contagious symptoms please refrain from attending our event, especially given the health of our LADN community. Thank you.

Photo & Video Release

Photography and video will be taken at this event. By attending, you consent to LADN's use of your image in future marketing, fundraising, and promotional materials, including on social media and our website, without compensation. Our photographer/videographer will make a reasonable effort to honor any requests for privacy made during the event.
