About the Event

Join us on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Ken McDonald Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona for “Swing for STEAM” Charity Golf Classic!

This exciting event brings together golfers, community leaders, and supporters for a day of fun, networking, and philanthropy — all in support of Lights Camera Discover’s (LCD) youth arts and workforce development programs.

Your participation helps ensure that underserved youth have access to free, high-quality training in filmmaking, animation, photography, and STEAM education.

Enjoy 18 holes of golf, contests, raffles, an awards banquet, and opportunities to connect with others who believe in building brighter futures through creativity.

Why It Matters

We are entering our 15th year of programing and Lights Camera Discover has been empowering youth through digital arts and performance programs that teach teamwork, leadership, and technical skills.

From behind the camera to behind the computer screen, our students learn to create, collaborate, and communicate — preparing them for careers in STEAM and creative industries.

Funds raised from this tournament will directly support our Summer 2026 Youth STEAM Program, providing scholarships, digital equipment, and mentorship opportunities for students.

Every swing, raffle ticket, and donation helps us keep these programs free and accessible to the youth who need them most.
