Experience holiday magic at the Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast! As part of the Festival of Giving, one winner will host a private party on Saturday, November 15, 2025, surrounded by twinkling lights, wreaths, and Christmas trees in a festive winter wonderland.

🍽️ Customize Your Evening
Bring your own food, hire a caterer, or host a festive potluck. Alcohol is allowed only if all guests are 21+ and a licensed bartender (with insurance) is hired. All outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the Museum as additionally insured.

🎶 Entertainment & Extras
Children can enjoy exhibits with adult supervision.
Music is flexible—DJ or playlist, with museum support if needed.
Volunteers will sell raffle tickets for decorated trees, wreaths, and centerpieces.
Tables, chairs, and high-tops (with coverings) included; limited seating for ~18.

No alcohol if any guest is under 21.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Host and vendors share cleanup duties.
No attaching items to Festival décor.
$300 refundable deposit required.
3 museum staff will be on-site for support (tipping optional).
Final guest count due 1 week before event.
