At MentorKids USA, we are transforming the lives of at-risk youth in underserved Phoenix neighborhoods. Our mission is simple: to help kids reach their full, God-given potential. Through free, relationship-driven after-school programs and Summer Enrichment Camps, we serve K–12 students across six local low-income communities—equipping them with the academic support, leadership skills, and confidence they need to thrive and lead.

THE SUMMER LEARNING CRISIS
Did you know? Low-income students lose nearly 3 months of grade-level skills every summer, compared to 1 month for middle-income kids (Johns Hopkins University). Over time, this gap grows, making it harder for these students to succeed. Our camps stop this 'summer slide' and create a supportive community for kids who need it most.

MENTORKIDS SUMMER ENRICHMENT CAMPS
Our 6 Summer Enrichment Camps are a safe place where kids practice their reading, explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), attend VBS, and take exciting field trips. Plus, our iLEAD Teen Program gives older students leadership experience as paid camp staff and mentors.
