Support Your Local Mother was born from a simple—but powerful—idea: every mom deserves support, connection, and encouragement. Our founder and president, Brittany Gevaza, often found herself saying, “I wish there was more I could do.” Tired of feeling like she couldn’t make a difference, she decided to take action and create a space where all mothers—regardless of their circumstances—could feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

With a board of mothers in different stages of their journey, we’ve been on a mission to meet moms where they are. From providing resources and care packages to hosting community events and workshops, our goal is to uplift mothers in meaningful, tangible ways. Whether it’s a mom navigating her first year of motherhood, a working mom balancing it all, or a mother facing unexpected challenges, we’re here to offer support, connection, and encouragement.

Our Midnight in Winter Gala is more than an event—it’s a celebration of mothers, a community coming together, and an opportunity to raise funds so we can grow our programs and initiatives. Your support allows us to do more, reach more moms, and help them know they’re never alone.
