The Gradus Project is a non-profit organization registered in Tennessee and Mississippi. Gradus means 'another step' in Latin and our mission is to help domestic violence survivors take another step toward economic mobility. Our approach is to provide transitional employment and career readiness services. We believe that supporting domestic violence survivors means addressing the emotional trauma in addition to the economic hardship.

This year we are excited to host our first ever Start Up Business Pitch Competition for domestic violence survivors and digital auction. Our Domestic Violence Awareness Month event will focus on supporting survivors fulfill their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs. The winners will receive cash prizes of $500 for first place, $300 for second place and $200 for third place.

Our digital auction will include signed memorabilia donated to us from the Tennessee Titans. The funds from the digital auction will support survivors on their journey to becoming an entrepreneur.
