Welcome to the 2026 Pride Deadlift Party — Nashville's most joyful, sweaty, and unapologetically queer strength event.

On Saturday, June 20 at Crazy Gnome Brewing, athletes of all identities and experience levels will come together to deadlift, fundraise, and celebrate. No weight classes. No gender categories. Just community, competition, and a whole lot of crowd noise.

100% of funds raised go directly to:

🌈 Trans Aid Nashville – direct mutual aid for trans folks in need
🏠 Nashville Launch Pad – housing and support for LGBTQ+ youth
💚 Healing in the Margins – mental health resources for marginalized communities

Last year, 50 lifters and 100+ attendees raised $12,439 together. In 2026, we're going for $25,000 — and we can't do it without you.

Whether you're lifting, volunteering, cheering from the sidelines, or donating from your couch: you're part of this.

Athletes: How much should I fundraise? Simple: aim for $1 for every pound you plan to lift. Pulling 200 lbs? Raise $200. It's a tangible, powerful way to connect your lift to your impact — and if every athlete hits that goal, we'll crush ours.

The goal of Pride Deadlift Party is provide a space to strive towards collective liberation and transformation within strength sports. We believe that strength is for everybody and that lifting events should be inclusive for every sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, and gender identity. Furthermore, trans athletes belong on the platform and will always be welcome and celebrated while lifting with us. This is a TERF and hate-free event. Period.
