Nashville Pride Deadlift Party 2026

I've been part of Pride Deadlift Party since 2024 — first as a lifter, now as a co-lead for the second year helping grow this thing from the ground up. And honestly? It's one of the things I'm most proud of. PDP is the kind of event I wish had existed when I was first getting into fitness. A space where you don't have to shrink yourself, where the crowd is louder for you than any meet you've ever been to, and where every dollar raised goes directly to people in our community who need it most. This year we're raising $25,000 for Trans Aid Nashville, Nashville Launch Pad, and Healing in the Margins. I'm doing my part by fundraising every dollar I can before June 20.
