Modeled after similar successful events throughout the U.S., PAWchitecture offers architecture and design professionals – as well as students – an opportunity to demonstrate their skills while giving back to the South Florida community.

The houses are showcased on the Upper and Lower Levels of Aventura Mall through December 11. Each submission will be auctioned at the shopping center and online, with proceeds directly benefiting the Humane Society of Greater Miami and MCAD.   Bidding ends on December 10th at 11:59 pm.

The competition is a natural fit for host Aventura Mall, which is recognized as a destination for world-class architecture, design and art. Additionally, the shopping center has a long-term relationship with Humane Society of Greater Miami, for which it has helped facilitate dozens of adoptions and raised tens of thousands of dollars in donations.

PAWchitecture winners will be selected across several categories, including Big Woof, Tiny Barker, and Cat Condo.
