Pueblo St. (If we change our venue due to rain, to The Oaks campus & building, we will update you via email and right here!) REGISTER TO BID before the event! Please register as a bidder ahead of the auction (just click the "Auction" tab at the top of this page and then "Register to Bid") and enter your phone number, email address, and credit card info. This will enable you to efficiently bid on the silent auction items with your phone at the event. If you win an item while bidding at the event, you will be notified by text and email, your payment will be processed, and you’ll receive a receipt and your winnings right then and there. PARKING is available on neighborhood streets as well as in the parking lot for free at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center. ATTIRE is casual. Bring layers and wear comfy shoes, we'll be outdoors! COMPLIMENTARY taco bar will be open from 3:00-5:15 pm. COMPLIMENTARY dessert bar will be open from 4:30-6:00 pm. COMPLIMENTARY non-alcoholic drinks including water, tea, and lemonade will be available throughout the event. One COMPLIMENTARY ALCOHOLIC drink ticket will be distributed to each guest with admission. Additional drink tickets may be purchased at our Check-in Table for $5 by cash/Venmo/credit card. Last call for drink purchases will be at 5:30 pm. There will be a silent auction (3-4:30 PM) and a live auction (4:45-5:30 PM). To participate, you must be registered as a bidder on our Oaks Givebutter site. Note: The SILENT AUCTION portion of the event is also available online for interested bidders who are unable to attend our event in person. Interested bidders will need to register on Givebutter, and may bid from home on silent auction items and packages from 3-4:30. If they are the winning bidder they will be alerted via email and/or text message and their payment will be automatically processed using the credit card they have registered with. They will then need to contact [email protected] to claim their winnings! The LIVE AUCTION will be strictly in-person but registering to bid will help to close off the payment for winning bids. CASH AND CREDIT CARDS will be gladly accepted, but please no checks. There will be a cash bar, live bidding, a silent on-line auction, and merchandise sales. This is a 21+ event. Story

The Oaks is a 75-year-old cooperative preschool that relies heavily on the support of its community. As a parent cooperative, The Oaks is run by the parents of the children enrolled in the preschool with close supervision from the director and assistant director. In addition to the daily operations of the school, parents are responsible for helping with our annual fundraising to supplement the monthly tuition. Each parent contributes equally to help The Oaks be an engaging setting for their children to grow and flourish.

To this end, we are thrilled to be bringing back our annual tradition, the in-person auction. We can't wait to enjoy some delicious food, beverages, and festivities alongside our amazing community of supporters. Our goal is to raise one-third of our operating budget, which is critical in keeping our non-profit, cooperative preschool one of the most affordable preschools in the county. We are celebrating 75 years of exceptional early education and looking forward to another 75! Let's work together to keep this amazing community going strong!
