ATTIRE is casual. Bring layers and wear comfy shoes, we'll be outdoors! This is a 21+ event. Please bring a photo ID. COMPLIMENTARY taco bar will be available from 3:00-5:00 pm, and a dessert bar, water, tea and lemonade will be available throughout the event. One COMPLIMENTARY WINE/BEER drink ticket will be distributed to each guest with admission. Additional drink tickets may be purchased in advance on this site or at our Welcome Table for $10. Last call for drink purchases will be at 5:40 pm. SILENT & LIVE AUCTIONS: There will be a silent/online auction (3:00-4:30 PM) and a live auction (4:50-5:40 PM). To participate, you must be registered as a bidder on this site using the "Auction" tab above. Note: The SILENT AUCTION portion of the event is also available online for those who are unable to attend our event in person. No ticket purchase is required to bid from home on silent auction items from 3:00-4:30. If you are the winning bidder you will be alerted via email and/or text message and your payment will be automatically processed using the credit card you registered with. You will then need to contact [email protected] to claim their winnings. The LIVE AUCTION will be strictly in-person but registering to bid will help to close off the payment for winning bids. REGISTER TO BID before the event! Please register as a bidder ahead of the auction (just click the "Auction" tab at the top of this page and then "Register to Bid") and enter your phone number, email address, and credit card info. This will enable you to efficiently bid on the silent auction items with your phone at the event. If you win an item while bidding at the event, you will be notified by text and email, your payment will be processed, and you’ll receive a receipt and your winnings right then and there.
