WHAT: Art From The Heart 2024 Charitable Auction

* Provide support for Children's Orphanage in Kyiv, Ukraine
* Provide medical and psychological care for children relocated from the active battle zones in Ukraine
* Share a little bit of collected funds with Domivka animal shelter in Lviv, Ukraine

VYTSINANKAS: WHAT ARE THEY?
Phenomenal unique papercut paintings, created by talented Belarusian artists - vytsinankas - are being auctioned to suppot children: orphaned, relocated from the active battle zones, or in any other way affected by the war in Ukraine.

Each of the papercut designs is one of a kind, exclusive, precious work of highest quality art made by true masters, created by precision cut of paper. Papercutting is an ancient type of art that originated in China with the paper discovery/creation. Later it spread to the neighboring countries and then Europe.

Three highly decorated and outstanding artists have created these incredible lace-like paintings made of paper specifically for our annual charitable auction Art From The Heart 2024. They were driven by desire to restore justice and ispired by the opportunity to help children of Ukraine. This auction offers a very rare chance to obtain these one-of-a kind pieces of art and support those who cannot help themselves.

The proceeds will be transferred to our partner volunteering organizations in Kyiv, Ukraine and will go towards covering costs for necessary medical treatments (footing bill for surgeries, medications etc.) as well as providing psychological support: field trips to the movies or spending a day with horses means a world to the little ones and might be the tipping point which will help them bounce back to mental and physical recovery. Small part of the proceeds will go to Domivka, "shelter for tails" as they call themselves – a place in Lviv, Ukraine that takes care of animals left without home.

Due to safety concerns, we cannot provide the exact information, the addresses, social media, or even post the names of our volunteers who work directly with children. Organizers constantly keep in touch and personally know all heroes working tirelessly helping kids. Please contact Volya with any concerns.

This is a charitable auction, and all bids qualify for corporate match and appropriate tax deduction.
