I paint with pigment in soy on cloth, often with stitch. For my paint-a-thon piece, I will be using linen and/or muslin and will have made a fresh batch of raw soy milk so that it's ready to mix with pigment as the colors get unlocked. I'm not sure yet if I will be adding stitching - that may be decided in the moment. I'm planning on painting an uplifting image to match the energy of The Aplomb Project and the creative community it fosters. I'm grateful to take part. My finished artwork will be in the online auction the next day. You can read more about why I paint with soy here: www.jocelynvache.com.
