Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope across Sumner County. Together with local families, volunteers, and donors, we build safe, decent, and affordable homes, creating the foundation families need to build the life they choose on their own terms.

Every family we build alongside is an active partner in the process. Families invest in financial independence education, and contribute hours of participatory sweat equity toward their own home and their neighbors' homes. It's a shared investment, not a handout, homeownership built through partnership.

We also build alongside seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities through critical home repairs, weatherization, and accessibility upgrades, removing barriers so people can live safely and independently in the homes they already have.

To date, we've built alongside 174 families, thanks to the generosity of donors, volunteers, and neighbors across our community. Together, we're building a Sumner County where everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home.
