We are ready to open our doors and welcome all of you into our enchanting world, but we need your help to make the Museum of Make Believe a continued reality!

We are dedicated to preserving the timeless art of storytelling within a uniquely creative environment. Through charming and thought-provoking exhibits that offer a truly magical twist on the idea of seeing contemporary art, we seek to inspire the young and old alike. Part of our core mission is to make the arts accessible and affordable to all. That means offering reasonably priced admission fees and memberships, as well as creating a number of free community access days, apprenticeship arts training programs, workshops, and of course exhibits that weave storytelling, fine art, community and entertainment all together as one. We believe it is crucial to make art fun and to intertwine a wonderful learning process together with a pure enjoyment of the arts.

Stories transport us…they inspire us to love, to forgive, to be better and to make our hearts bigger. There is no question that the arts are integral to the well-being of society. Involvement in the arts increases civic engagement, allows us to build empathy for others, and allows us to consider the human condition of the world around us. Will you help us make the world a better place?

Your funding will directly go to the creation and operating expenses of the Museum of Make Believe preview museum. By starting with a smaller preview museum, we can open our doors sooner and set the stage for completing our full-scale vision in the near future. All funds raised will go directly towards the cost of operating and rental fees, staff salaries, and all that is needed to begin this unique proof of concept opportunity for our museum.
