We are so excited to bring you The Lucky Ones, a new play by the incredibly talented Lia Romeo. This show is a powerful and witty exploration of female friendship, and it tackles some of life's biggest questions: What do we owe the people we love? Is it okay to be happy when someone close to you is suffering? Can friendship be just as important as romantic love?

Playwright Lia Romeo says she wrote this play because she wanted to tell a story where female friendship is given the space and honor it deserves. The show is about two lifelong friends, Vanessa and Janie, as they navigate love, illness, and diverging paths. It's a reminder that sometimes, the people who show up for you are the ones who are truly "the lucky ones."
