🍂 Help Great Island Riding Academy Welcome a New Four-Legged Teacher this Fall!

Every great rider starts with an even greater horse.

This autumn, Great Island Riding Academy is on a mission to raise $10,000 to bring a new, safe, and gentle lesson horse to our program. To make this happen, we are hosting our Fall Fun Day, Silent Auction, and Raffle on Sunday, October 18th!

Whether you are joining us in person for the festivities or supporting us right here online, 100% of your donations will go directly toward the purchase, transport, and initial care of a new equine partner who will teach hundreds of future riders—and help grow our Youth Show Team! Any "extra" funds will go towards the care of our current herd.

🐴 Why We Need Your Help

At Great Island Riding Academy, our lesson horses are the true backbone of everything we do. They aren't just animals; they are patient teachers, therapists, and confidants. They teach our youngest beginners the basics of responsibility, and they give our dedicated Youth Show Team riders the confidence and skills they need to shine in the show ring.

Right now, demand for our youth programs is at an all-time high. To keep our classes accessible, give our competitive young riders more opportunities to advance, and ensure our current hard-working herd gets the rest they deserve, we need to expand our family. A quality horse that can pivot from a child's first lead-line lesson to stepping up for a show team rider requires a unique blend of patience, training, and talent. Finding that perfect match requires community support.
