We're auctioning off a handful of limited-edition S-Works Outride Roubaix SL8 bikes, a unique opportunity to support Outride’s mission while owning one of the most advanced road bikes ever made. This isn’t just any bike. With only 40 individually numbered bikes ever produced, each features a hand-painted frame inspired by Outride, to celebrate the power of the bike to change lives.

How do I place a bid?

Register or log into your Givebutter account, go to the item page, and enter your bid amount. Givebutter may display your first name and last initial, unless you choose to bid anonymously.

Can I bid on more than one item?

Yes. You may bid on any number of items and as many times as you like.

What sizes are available?

Each bike's size is listed in the item title and description.

What is the “Buy Now” option?

Some items may include a Buy Now price. Selecting it immediately ends bidding and secures the item.

How will I know if I’ve won?

You’ll receive an automated email from Givebutter right when the auction closes.

How do I pay if I win?

You’ll receive a payment link via email. Payments must be completed within 7 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (processed by Stripe). If needed, we can arrange PayPal.

Are there additional fees?

Givebutter charges standard payment processing fees. Optional tips to Givebutter may be offered but are not required.

Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is included.
However, winners are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and customs processing. We’ll send updates and tracking information whenever possible.

Can I return my item or request a refund?

No. All sales are final because this is a charitable auction.

Are my bids tax-deductible?

For U.S. participants: the portion of your winning bid that exceeds the item’s fair market value may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor.
For international bidders: check your local tax rules.

How is my personal data used?

We use your information only for the auction, payment processing, and shipping your item. Data is processed in the U.S. by Givebutter and Stripe. Users may request data access, correction, or deletion.

Can minors participate?
