Childcare Agreement – SAGA Fest 2026
Governing childcare provided in connection with the event held on April 25th, 2026 between 5:30-9:30pm.

CHILDCARE LOCATION: SAGA+ (11050 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133)
EARLIEST DROP-OFF: 4/25, 5:20pm
LATEST PICKUP: 4/25, 9:40pm

To help ensure a safe and smooth evening for everyone, please review and acknowledge the following (for ALL children for whom you're purchasing SAGA Fest Childcare).

I will sign my child(ren) in and out and ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
I will provide accurate emergency contact information and note any medical needs, allergies, or other important information.
I authorize event staff to seek appropriate medical care for my child(ren) in the event of an emergency.
I understand that while reasonable care and supervision will be provided, participation is voluntary.
If my child(ren) are unable to follow staff instructions and safety guidelines, we will contact the parents/guardians (or the emergency contact, if parent/guardian is unreachable) to pick the child(ren) up early.
I understand that this agreement, including the required emergency contact whom I will designate, governs childcare for ALL children for whom I purchase a SAGA Fest childcare ticket.
I understand this is an adults-only event where alcohol will be served in a separate area from childcare.

Pick-Up & Safety

My child(ren) will be released only to a responsible adult who is able to safely supervise and transport them.
Staff reserve the right to delay release of a child if a pick-up person appears unable to safely care for or transport them. In that case, the designated emergency contact will be contacted.

I will designate my required Emergency Contact in the required fields before submitting my childcare ticket purchase.
