We are excited to celebrate 17 years of Think Dignity with you!

Since our founding, we have had the honor of working alongside Dignity Defenders like you to uplift and empower over 500 people to transition out of homelessness and support more than 9,000 unhoused San Diegans through our human-centered social services and legal advocacy. In 2022, our efforts were recognized by the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors with a proclamation that officially declared October 11th as "Think Dignity Day" in San Diego County. With the recent increase of homelessness, your support at this year's gala will help us expand our services to provide more:

Hot showers and hygiene kits through our Fresh Start Showers
Undergarments, menstrual products, and domestic violence/sexual assault resources through our Street Boutique
Nutritious meals and food resources through our Street Cafe
Legal referrals, resources, and education through our Legal Clinics and Know Your Rights programs
Pro bono legal representation and personalized advocacy through our Homeless Youth Legal & Advocacy Project
Awareness and protection of people's basic rights and dignity through our advocacy campaigns

Every dollar of your donation will help unhoused individuals have access to essential services and advance the dignity of people experiencing homelessness.
