Skateboards became canvases. Now they can help feed kids and improve a park.

This community art auction brings together local artists, skaters, families, and supporters for a simple goal: turn creativity into real support for Livingston.

Each skateboard deck in this auction was transformed into a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Every bid helps support two local efforts that directly serve kids and families in our community.

Half of the money raised will support Livingston Food Resource Center’s Summer Lunch in the Park program. In collaboration with Farm to School of Park County and the Livingston School District, this program provides nutritious lunches to Livingston school-age children during the summer months, when many kids lose access to regular school meals. The program runs Monday through Friday, June through August, at multiple sites throughout Livingston, with LFRC managing the Sacajawea Park and Green Acres Park locations and serving an average of 350 meals per week.

The other half will go toward improvements at the Livingston Skatepark. Skateparks are more than concrete. They are gathering places, confidence-builders, creative outlets, and safe spaces where kids and adults can move, learn, fall, get back up, and find community.

As part of this effort, we are also asking the community to help shape what comes next at the park. A short survey is available for anyone who wants to share what improvements they would most like to see, including things like shelter, bathroom access, benches, and new skatepark obstacles.
