The Oakwood Club in Minnesota is the second oldest nudist club in America! Oakwood was started in 1942 by a handful of German immigrant families who wanted the opportunity to enjoy the sun on their whole skin, which was considered to be a healthy benefit, like they were used to doing back home. We support non-sexual, body-positive, family friendly, social nudism with roots in the European tradition. Skinny Dip Day falls during our annual Oakwood Days celebration so we've always informally acknowledged it. This year we're going official and raising money for body positivity!
