North Star Roller Derby (NSRD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit women’s flat-track roller derby league based in Minneapolis. We bring together athletes of all backgrounds to compete in a fast-paced, full-contact sport that blends strategy, endurance, and teamwork. While roller derby has evolved from its theatrical roots, today’s game is a regulated, highly competitive sport that fosters strength, resilience, and community.

At NSRD, we believe everyone is an athlete, regardless of experience, identity, or background. Our mission is to empower skaters on and off the track by building confidence, fostering inclusivity, and growing the sport of roller derby. As members of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), we advocate for the expansion of roller derby in Minnesota and beyond.

In 2026, we’re more proud than ever to call the Twin Cities home. We’re more than just a roller derby league, we are an active part of the Twin Cities community, collaborating with local nonprofit organizations, artists, activists, small businesses and more to support the people that make our cities thrive.

Auction items can be picked up in person at Quincy Hall upon auction close at the end of the Championship bout halftime (est. just about after 9 PM) on 3/27. We kindly encourage in-person pickup to ensure you receive your item promptly. If you’re unable to pick up in person on 3/27, limited local pick-up dates will be available; shipping may be coordinated for an additional fee, with the winner covering shipping costs.
