Every Springer deserves a second chance — and that’s exactly what English Springer Rescue America (ESRA) provides. Across the country, ESRA steps in to rescue Springers in need, whether they’ve been abandoned, neglected, or simply fallen on hard times. Through dedicated foster homes and compassionate care, each dog receives the love, medical attention, and patience they need to heal and rediscover trust. From scared and uncertain to happy and wagging, every transformation reminds us why we do what we do.

At ESRA, we believe that rehabilitation is just the beginning. Our goal is to carefully match every Springer with a forever family where they can thrive — and where their new beginning truly takes root. Dogs like Joey, Auggie, and Nollie are living proof of the power of second chances. Once in need, Joey and Nollie enjoy the security, love, and joy every Springer deserves. Auggie is currently under medical care after life-saving surgery.
