Oysters are a natural resource, a keystone species and ecosystem engineers, filtering water and regenerating themselves. By transporting oyster shells from your table to the shore, together we are diverting shells from the landfill and reconnecting this natural resource to its coastal home where it can be used to regenerate more oysters and as raw material in coastal resilience projects.
