Adopt the Arts believes the arts change lives—but only if every child has access to them. Founded to restore and sustain music education in public elementary schools, ATA partners directly with districts and school communities to build high-quality, in-school programs where they are needed most.

What began as a single campus initiative in Los Angeles has grown into a proven, scalable model. Today, Adopt the Arts serves six schools in the Coachella Valley, our founding school in Los Angeles, and a newly adopted LA campus, reaching more than 3,500 students with weekly, standards-aligned music education.

Each ATA school receives curriculum, instruments, teacher support, and performance opportunities—including participation in the Changels Honor Choir and mentorship from world-class artists.

By bringing together educators, families, donors, and creative leaders, Adopt the Arts is proving that community-driven investment can transform schools and futures.
