The Sparkles & Spurs Gala is more than a celebratory evening — it is the Silva Valley Elementary PTA’s largest annual fundraiser and a vital investment in our students’ educational experience.

The mission of the Silva Valley PTA is to enrich every child’s learning environment by funding programs, resources, and campus improvements that go beyond what district funding alone can provide. Through the generosity of our families, sponsors, and community partners, the gala directly supports continued art and STEAM programming, meaningful playground enhancements, and the purchase of updated Chromebooks to ensure students have access to modern, reliable technology in the classroom.

These investments strengthen creativity, innovation, collaboration, and physical play — all essential components of a well-rounded elementary education.

In addition to the in-person celebration, our online silent auction extends the impact of the evening. It allows families, alumni, and community members who are unable to attend the gala to still participate and contribute. This inclusive component ensures that every supporter has an opportunity to give back and make a difference for Silva Valley students.
