A celebration of inclusion, community, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to be seen, valued, and celebrated.

We empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through fitness, friendship, and community. From adaptive workouts and obstacle challenges to social events and scholarships, we create spaces where everyone can belong, grow, and shine.

In 2025, we hosted 535 classes and served over 600 unique athletes, while also awarding over $5,300 in scholarships to families with financial barriers. Your support will help to expand programs, provide more scholarships, and bring health, joy, and opportunity to even more athletes.

Together, we can open hearts, change lives, and build a stronger more inclusive community.
