The FAM was born out of the idea that the music industry should feel like a family -- we should all support each other and work together to explore and express ourselves through our collective love of music.

We are committed to building strong communities that support, encourage, and learn from each other. By working together to achieve our goals, we can learn from each other’s mistakes, provide opportunities for all, and ultimately, create more success for more people.

Mental Wellness

In a cutthroat industry filled with misogyny, hierarchy, and a ‘what can you do for me?’ mentality — not to mention one of the toughest-hit industries of the last year — there is not enough emphasis on keeping our artists and professionals mentally healthy.

Our philosophy is that bringing positivity and collaboration will lead to a more accessible music industry, more mentally healthy artists and professionals, and ultimately, a more positive experience for our audience.
