We're thrilled to announce that 380 supporters joined together to raise $60,091 for Bay Area Young Survivors (BAYS) during the Superbloom Soirée–our 20th Anniversary Party & Fundraiser. That is more than our annual base budget which means BAYS will keep providing access to essential information and support to break the isolation of breast cancer for young people living in the Bay Area over the next year and beyond. In addition, over 160 people came out to Calavera to celebrate and remember, and it was absolutely electrifying. The collective love, connection, and support at the Soirée was unlike anything many of us have experienced in a long time. It was like being wrapped in a warm BAYS blanket, one that we never want to take off. This six-month campaign underscores the collective strength of our community when we come together as one. Thank you for giving to BAYS, an all-volunteer, survivor-led organization. Thank you for celebrating this twenty-year milestone with us. Thank you for being there for us as we navigate this incredibly challenging disease. While this fundraising milestone is incredible, our campaign will continue to work towards our $100,000 goal through year end. Funds raised allow us to serve more individuals, including providing direct financial relief to our members through the BAYS Steps Up Fund, an example of how these funds will support the community.
