Bid for Edwin, a Navy Veteran who knows now that due to the regrading of his property, the piling snow will no longer leak into his foundation, and his repaired HVAC system will keep him warm at night. For so many we serve, do it for them.

While our Homeownership Program makes affordable homeownership possible, our CHR program exists to KEEP existing homeowners in the homes they already have by mitigating costly repairs. We partner with these clients to bring their homes back to a safe standard of living. This work spans the spectrum of ADA compliant upgrades like adding ramps, widening doorways, and making bathrooms accessible, all the way up to entire siding and roof repairs.

These clients are your neighbors. They're retirees, single parents, veterans, and families that live among us and need that hand up to stay here and continue eating in our restaurants, learning in our schools, and contributing their own time and talents to our community.
