In 2024, TakeRoot Justice celebrates five years as an independent organization providing legal, participatory research, and policy support to strengthen the work of grassroots and community-based groups in New York City to dismantle racial, economic, and social oppression.

On 26 September, we're gathering at the Manny Cantor Center rooftop for an evening of food, drinks, music, and community connection as we look back on our first five years and ahead to the future. This benefit allows us to honor our incredible partners, while raising vital funds to support our programs.
