For more than 40 years, Colorado UpLift has built long-term, life-changing relationships with young people across Denver and Aurora.

Our work starts with a simple belief: when a young person is truly known, supported, and challenged by a trusted adult, their future can change.

UpLift staff do not just show up for a program or a semester. They build relationships that last. They meet students in their schools, walk alongside them through critical years, and help them develop the character, leadership skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Today, Colorado UpLift serves approximately 4,000 students and alumni each year, creating a pathway from childhood through graduation, college, career, and beyond.

And we are building for what comes next.

The UpLift Community Campus in Aurora gives young people a permanent place to belong, grow, lead, and connect. This 70,000-square-foot campus will bring students, mentors, families, and community partners together and create new opportunities to expand UpLift's impact across Colorado.
