The Pork Out: Reunion is a charity fundraising event hosted by the Kansas City Businessmen's Club (KCBC) in partnership with Club CAN – Community Appreciating Neurodiversity, Inc., taking place at the beautiful Lodge at Ironwoods in Leawood, Kansas from 5:00-10:30pm on October 24th, 2026.

Join us for an evening of connection, community, and celebration featuring a BBQ buffet dinner, drinks, music, and camaraderie in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to come in casual attire, jeans included! Enjoy a fun, easygoing night centered around great food and meaningful impact.

This event revives a beloved tradition originally hosted by KCBC in support of the Joshua Center at Longview Barn—an event that brought the community together for years and made a lasting impact. We are honored to bring it back as a reunion-style celebration of that legacy while supporting a new generation of community impact.

The evening will feature both a silent auction and a live auction, showcasing exciting items, unique experiences, and exclusive packages generously donated by local businesses, supporters, and community partners.

Please note that this is an adults-only event. Alcoholic beverages will be served only to guests age 21 and older who present valid identification. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for all attendees.

Club CAN serves neurodivergent adolescents and adults through neurodiversity-affirming social events led by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists that foster connection, confidence, communication, and belonging.

Funds raised will support the growth of CANnection Social Events and the development of the Club CAN Workforce Bridge (CWB) Pilot Program, a program providing career connections, workplace support, and employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. Proceeds will also help expand employer training initiatives that promote more inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming workplaces throughout our community.

COMING SOON: functional speech-language therapy services for 18+ adults

Together, we can build bridges to opportunity, strengthen community connections, and create a future where neurodivergent individuals are empowered to thrive.
