This summer, I’ll be auctioning a series of original paintings and glass mosaics, each paired with a poem written specifically for that piece.

To me, art is never just brushstrokes on canvas or pieces of glass arranged into an image. There is a whole universe inside each square inch — and another whole universe inside the viewer, the maker, and the moment where they meet.

These poems are my attempt to bring more humanity, creativity, and emotional process into the way art is shared. They are not meant to explain the artwork, but to sit beside it — to open another doorway into the feeling, humor, ache, beauty, and small strange miracle living inside each piece.

Each work is a one-of-one original. When you bid, you are bidding on more than an object. You are bidding on a physical artwork, its companion poem, and the living story they create together.

May these poems and original works bring you joy, reflection, and a little companionship on the human journey.

We are in this together.
