Thriving Like a Star is a vibrant, dance-inspired fundraising gala celebrating residence, community, and the power of movement. Its purpose is to benefit the Stroke Life Center, a non-profit dedicated to supporting stroke survivors and their caregivers in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

This evening blends inspiration, entertainment, and purpose, raising funds to support the Center's no-cost programs including stoke support groups, therapy services, caregiver education, and outreach to underserved communities.

A highlight of the evening is our celebrity dance competition, a local spin on Dancing with the Stars! Beloved Toledo-area celebrities will take the stage and perform live alongside professional dancers from DanceFam Ballroom & Latin Studio, all in the spirit of friendly competition and community impact. Guests will have a chance to vote for their favorite pair and cheer them on as they shine under the spotlight.
