Transfiguration Catholic School, Oakdale, MN is an integral part of the fabric of the East Metro. We provide a faith filled Pre-K through Grade 8 education and just celebrated our 70th year.

On June 22, 2024, we held our 1st annual Tiger Classic Golf Tournament and Silent Auction at Applewood Hills Golf Course in Stillwater. It was an incredibly blessed day of fun golf with parishioners, alumni, school parents, and friends!

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, assignees, executors, and personal representatives, to hold harmless, and defend Transfiguration Church of Oakdale MN, its officers, directors, agents, employees and representatives (“Releasees”) associated with the Tiger Classic Golf Tournament (“tournament”) from any and all liability claims, injury, loss and damage arising from or in connection with my participation.

I also agree to hold Releasees harmless and indemnify Releasees for any claim or cause of action whatsoever, arising from the tournament on June 22, 2024 at Applewood Hills Golf Course that is brought against Releasees by myself or my family members, heirs, assigns, executors, and personal representatives.

By completing my registration to participate in the tournament, I agree that the event could involve danger and risk of injury and I accept the risk and the provisions outlined above.
