Our Mission and Impact

At Tula, we offer a diverse range of treatments designed to heal trauma, reduce stress, and support those living with disabilities. We prioritize relationships and utilize a blend of somatic therapy, nature-based experiences, and cognitive work to ensure the best outcomes for each individual we serve. Most importantly, we strive to make our services accessible to all members of our community. Through our sliding-scale clinic, we provide no-cost and low-cost counseling services to individuals and families who might otherwise be unable to afford the care they need.

Our Progress So Far

We’re proud of the strides we’ve made toward making Tula a permanent fixture in our community. Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:

Securing Locations: We’ve secured locations in both Chico, CA, and Paradise, CA, to serve as hubs for our services.
Building Partnerships: We’ve established partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, and schools to strengthen our support network.

Our community faces significant challenges, including the highest rate of child abuse in California and the devastating effects of multiple natural disasters. These events have left deep scars on the minds, hearts, and souls of Butte County’s residents.
