As a new board member, I am honored to host this event to raise funds and awareness to all that Dance New Jersey does. We are here to advocate, educate and collaborate, to make us Dance New Jersey strong. This event called 'Margazhi Vizhaa' also marks the month long celebration of Indian dance and music and theater in India, especially in the vibrant southern city of Chennai. This is a long established event and celebration there. We, at Shishya have been hosting Youtube performances of our students, every year, in December, to celebrate this. This year we will be collaborating and celebrating with Dance New Jersey. Please buy tickets to come and see different genres of dances and talented dancers showcasing them.
