I am thrilled to share with you the story behind our fundraising campaign, "A New Home for Dance," in support of Reigning Victory Dance Academy, Inc. This campaign holds a special place in my heart, and I am excited to tell you why.
Reigning Victory Dance Academy has been a beacon of inspiration and growth for dancers in our community for 13 years. It has provided countless individuals with a nurturing environment to explore their passion for dance, develop their skills, and build lifelong friendships. However, as the academy continues to grow and flourish, we require space. In the last three years we have loss two locations due to the sale of the property. These things happen and we were in the middle of our contracts on both loctions and the new owners were not the easiest to negotiate with this left us with no choice but to move out. We have been donated space in one of our families business until we can find a new space.
As you can imagine, this left us with many student/families not returning. However, my faithful few are still here and committed to their growth as a dancer.
The need for a new home became evident when I witnessed firsthand the dedication and talent of the dancers at Reigning Victory Dance Academy. Their commitment to their craft is unwavering, but they deserve a space that matches their aspirations - one that allows them to fully express themselves without limitations.
By creating this fundraising campaign, we aim to provide Reigning Victory Dance Academy with another new state-of-the-art facility that will serve as an incubator for creativity and excellence. This new home will feature a spacious studio equipped with top-notch sound systems and sprung floors designed specifically for dance training. It will also include comfortable waiting areas where parents can relax while their children immerse themselves in the world of dance.
Our vision extends beyond just providing physical space; we want this new home to be an inclusive haven where dancers from all backgrounds can come together as a community. We believe that every aspiring dancer should have access to quality training regardless of financial constraints or other barriers they may face.
