Taking place on August 23, 2024 from 5 pm to 8pm, at the esteemed Hope+Elim/Genesis Youth Foundation Learning Center, this summit promises an evening full of insightful conversations, immersive workshops, and impactful networking. Designed to address the pressing issues and challenges facing central Iowa, attendees will engage in thought-provoking discussions and gain practical skills to effect positive change. Throughout the summit, participants will delve into topics such as youth empowerment, community development, education equity, social justice, and more.

The I Am Africa Gala serves as a platform to showcase the rich diversity and heritage of Africa while raising vital funds to support Genesis Youth Foundation's mission of empowering youth and fostering positive social change.
