Join us on Saturday, June 27th for a day of fun at Nankin Mills Park! This is your admission to the event! We encourage a minimum total of $50 in pledges to be raised.

I acknowledge the risks inherent in participating in this event, including but not limited to those associated with physical activities such as running, biking, and walking, which may result in injury or death. I will notify all members of my party of these risks and the following conditions.
I understand that Pedal to Provide and its representatives are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, bodily injury, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event.
To ensure safety, I will wear appropriate attire, including a helmet if cycling, maintain hydration, and remain aware of my surroundings, including obstacles, moving objects, and adverse weather conditions. In the event of injury, accident, or illness, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment and accept financial responsibility for any associated costs.
Participation in the raffle does not guarantee a prize, and I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for my involvement in the event or raffle.
I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during the event and consent to their use by event organizers, sponsors, or affiliates for promotional purposes. I also agree to receive email communications from Pedal to Provide.
If I disagree with any of the aforementioned terms, I must provide written notice to Pedal to Provide before the event, and any disputes must be resolved in writing by both parties.
