USpireND is a dedicated nonprofit organization rooted in North Dakota, focused on empowering families and early childhood providers to thrive. Driven by the mission of Thriving Together and grounded in the core values of shared hope, compassion, and trust, USpireND delivers personalized support, guidance, and resource, all at no cost.

Our work is carried out through two core programs:

Healthy Families ND, which partners with families through voluntary home visiting services to promote safe, stable, and nurturing environments for young children.
Inclusion Support, which equips early childhood providers with the tools, coaching, and strategies needed to care for children with diverse and unique needs in inclusive settings.

Through these programs, USpireND offers a range of services including home visits, onsite consultations, virtual meetings, and community-based engagement. We are committed to ensuring that every individual has the opportunity not just to survive, but to truly thrive.
